Geoff Witherspoon, II is a Family Law Attorney in the Washington, DC office of Price Benowitz LLP. He provides thoughtful, client-centered representation in a wide range of family law matters, helping individuals and families navigate emotionally complex situations with empathy, respect, and practical guidance.

Experience & Background

Geoff has extensive experience litigating family law cases and representing clients in open court. Before joining Price Benowitz LLP, he served as a judicial law clerk in the Family Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where he worked under several distinguished judges.

A proud graduate of Howard University, Geoff earned both his Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees there, where he was active in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as a Staff Editor for the Human Rights & Globalization Law Review.

Outside of the office, Geoff is creative at heart—he enjoys music, singing, and playing bass guitar—and remains engaged in community-focused initiatives.
